Each enchanted piece is carefully packaged and protected before making its journey from the studio to your sanctuary.

• Shipping Timeline:
  Originals and custom work are typically shipped within 5–10 business days after completion.
  Prints (when available) will ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Delivery Methods:
  Shipped via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking information provided.
  International shipping available — delivery times vary by realm (location).

• Packaging:
  Your relic will arrive wrapped in protective materials and a touch of wonder. We use eco-conscious packaging whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is made or packed with care and intention, all sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges on original artwork, custom commissions, or prints.

• If your item arrives damaged by a troll (or a shipping mishap), please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Additional Notes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

• The magic is real — colors may appear slightly different on screens vs. in-person parchment.
